Absolutely beautiful hotel. Mohit my butler was really attentive and looked after me really well. I lost my ring and he went the extra mile to get it to me as I had moved onto Agra. I was amazed by the service. Would highly recommend this hotel for its unique blend of culture and service

Excellent service in the fairmont gold lounge by Aakriti, Rakshit , Rajat ,Chayan and Riya.Had a very comfortable stay.The breakfast layout was very lavish.The staff in the hotel was very helpful and caring.Enjoyed the activities such as Rajasthani dance and puppet show organized by the hotel in the evening.

Good veiws around the hotel.i would like come again. Wonderful for large gathering and celebrations. Comfortable stay with good room service and cleaning crew Madhuri and Sshyam. Cleanliness is clearly a priority at fairmont jaipur

We visited this property in April this year.We had visited Jaipur for a tour and as I had visited Raffles in Udaipur previously this year,I wanted to see what their sister property in Jaipur look like.Fairmont Jaipur has a lot of hype and admiration for good service and luxury ambience so it was in our bucket list.The reason we didn't choose to stay here was as it was on the outskirts of Jaipur,so getting a cab or even going to the main city would take lot of time and distance and also swiggy,zomato(ones we prefer even when staying at a 5 star)won't deliver as it was so far off and also may not be allowed.Nonetheless,we contacted Raffles Udaipur requesting for a show around of their sister property,to which we obliged.There was a wedding that day in Fairmont but inspite of that,they agreed us to come and experience the property.We are really grateful for this gesture.The duty manager from Fairmont contacted me and noted our estimated time of arrival.We took a cab from malvia Nagar to Fairmont and it was approx 1 hour drive.Upon arrival,we got a bit confused as to where the guest entry get was,as their staff gate is visible first and then the guest entry gate.And both gates look alike so it's difficult to differentiate between the two.However we reached the main gate after some confusion.We were greeted with drums and Musical instruments playing,and showering of rose petals above us as we entered via the gate.I called the duty manager who told us to come near the reception.When we went there,we saw the duty manager lady waiting for us and guided us to the bar area where she told us to get comfortable,and she let us have some refreshments which was from their side.My wife ordered a cold coffee and me a Darjeeling tea.Both were served in no time and the service was very precise and fast and the beverages tasted delicious as well.We captured some images and videos of the bar and lobby area while we waited.The property is given a palatial look(constructed by such a manner by Fairmont it was not an original palace unlike many properties in Jaipur)The reception and lobby area had decorative ceilings,royal looking chandeliers and premium carpet upholstery and overall ambience was indeed giving a regal vibe of an Indian palace.The place was very well maintained and attention was given to every minute detail that one can find.The bar where we came first,has a 360° rounded curved bar counter which looks unique and rajasthani paintings and designs in the walls and ceiling.It was certainly a one of a kind structure that Fairmont has tried to build here.From the front of the bar,there is an opening with stairs leading to their pool and spa area and from there a elaborate view of Raffles Jaipur(not yet opened)was visible.It is constructed with full marble and looks similar to the Taj Mahal in Agra.Raffles added a nice view to Fairmont I must say.Many guests were admiring the view and clicking pictures of the Raffles.After a while,the duty manager came again and did a proper traditional welcome for us.My wife got Jaipur bangles and I got a rajasthani pagri.This added a sweet touch to the experience.Then they assigned us a front office executive to explain and show us around the property. I wanted to check out some guest rooms but sadly as the wedding group had taken all the rooms,and were occupied,sadly my request couldn't be honoured.The executive first explained us in detail about the property,the area and lobby and then took us to see their all day dining restaurant Zoya.With casual ambience and Raffles view in background and also an outdoor sitting area,it was like a nice cozy restaurant similar to any other 5 star hotel.The themes and ambience was relaxed and not so regal as seen in lobby.The restaurant was empty as there was no fti guests that day and the staffs were chitchatting at the back.After clicking some pictures there we went to see their pool area.Pool was nice and spacious but as wedding preparation was going on near it,it was buzzing with people and we quickly went away.We went to their higher floors where they had their gold lounge,for higher reward guests and for guests who book gold room and above category.The lounge was one of the biggest we saw in any hotel ever.It was almost the size of a restaurant.There was an open terrace in front of the lounge from where Fairmont was visible from back side and pristine arravalli hills on the other side.We spent quite a lot of time there enjoying the view.The front office executive was with us all the time and he was a friendly person who even enquired how was everything so far.Atlast we went to check on their fine dining restaurant Zarin. Zarin is where I think Fairmont has made a terrible mistake.This fine dining restaurant was earlier a indian/rajasthani speciality restaurant and was very popular.We had heard it's name previously in Jaipur and wanted to dine in there as well.But then they closed this for renovation and when it opened,they converted it into a pan Asian restaurant. This proved to be a disaster as one comes to Jaipur to experience the indigenous dishes of the place,not to eat fancy food that is readily available in any other city hotel.Nonetheless,the ambience and vibe was giving a royal feeling and the staffs at the restaurant was very polite and patiently answered to our each and every query.The hotel tour was over and the fo executive left us at the bar.We thought we needed to try atleast something from the menu and have some service like spa or salon before leaving to get a glimpse of the service standards here.The spa was fully booked unfortunately. The salon they have,is a 3rd party one and I checked on them to get an haircut.They said to wait for 1 hour or more.That was not comfortable for us so we went away.We ordered a chicken Kathi roll at the bar.It was served to us within 20 minutes.The portion size was adequate for 2 persons and it was very tasty,had a touch of authentic Kolkata roll.Costed us approx 600 rs with tax.HIGHLIGHT,they charge service tax here.So before paying the bill,DO REMEMBER to tell them to remove the service charge and then present the bill,as there is no point in paying service charge in already expensive 5 star food. When we departed,we had a tough time getting a cab,as it was already very late and due to the location of the area.Still we managed one after half and hour and left.Guest booking here for stay,must be aware and arrange transportation on their own.Sure Fairmont, also has their own cars but they will cost approx 14k plus tax per day.Also they do not allow outside food as I came to know from them. Also another factor while booking to be considered it,the hotel as we understood,gives a lot of focus and priority on weddings and other events as compared to stand alone guests.In this case,wedding group blocked the whole property so it was fine.But in some cases when there is a wedding and other guests as well,the normal guests will have a problem as there will be lots of noise at night from the events which might create disturbance and also the attention might shift more towards the wedding.
